Return & Refund Policy
Popination Sdn Bhd shall only accept refund or returns due to product/parcel damage or product/parcel mistake within 48 hours from date of parcel received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 3 working days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in 5 working days upon receival of the returned parcel. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 60 working days.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Popination Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer should receive their refund within 60 working days after the confirmation.
Any returns or refunds requested found unrelated to Popination Sdn Bhd will not be entertained, such as logistics/courier delays, mishandled parcels or acts of God.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. For those not using credit card, kindly contact your respective banks. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted depending on the commercial banks policies and processes.
